Ambassador of Kazakhstan Presents His Credentials to President of Brazil

Brasilia, April 5, 2021 – Kazakhstan’s Ambassador Bolat Nussupov presented his credentials to Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro.

At the bilateral meeting following the ceremony in the Planato palace the diplomat conveyed to Bolsonaro the warm greetings and the best wishes from President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation and noted the coherent political dialogue between two states, significant potential for the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation, as well as interaction on multilateral platforms. The Ambassador emphasized Kazakhstan's interest in expanding cooperation in the field of agriculture, mining and manufacturing industries, mutual trade and attracting Brazilian investments to the economy of Kazakhstan.

In turn, Jair Bolsonaro, thanking for the warm congratulatory message, conveyed sincere wishes for further success to the President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his service to the Kazakh people. The President of Brazil expressed his country's readiness for active interaction with Kazakhstan in all spheres of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
