On holding the 106th meeting of the Joint Kazakh-Russian Demarcation Commission

On March 1-5, 2021, the 106th meeting of the Joint Kazakh-Russian Demarcation Commission was held in Almaty.

The parties exchanged draft final documents on the demarcation of certain sections of the state border and conducted a preliminary review of these documents.

The Commission continued to revise the documents of field demarcation works on the East Kazakhstan-Altay section of the state border.

The parties discussed issues related to the organization of field demarcation works in 2021.

The talks were held in a friendly and constructive atmosphere. The next meeting of the Commission will be held in April 2021 in Russia.
