Ambassador of Kazakhstan presented his credentials to the President of Bangladesh

Dhaka, November 19, 2020 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Bangladesh Yerlan Alimbayev presented his credentials to the President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Abdul Hamid.

During the official ceremony held at the Bangabhaban Presidential Palace, Ambassador Alimbayev conveyed the best wishes of the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the President and the fraternal people of Bangladesh.

The parties discussed the state and prospects of cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats. The Kazakh diplomat familiarized the President of Bangladesh with the main priorities of Kazakhstan's foreign policy and the internal political and economic transformations initiated by President Tokayev.

At the end of the meeting, the parties stressed the readiness of Nur-Sultan and Dhaka to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats.
