President Tokayev:
- I will announce my pre-election platform, which will reflect measures for the comprehensive transformation of our country and improving the well-being of our people. It is my deep conviction that our state must pursue a balanced, multidirectional, constructive foreign policy aimed at ensuring regional and global security.
- Kazakhstan is unequivocal in its steadfast observance of the principles of equality and democracy in international relations, international law and the UN Charter.

- I am assured that such a foreign policy corresponds to the strategic interests of our nation. I hope that at this turning point in our history, the people of Kazakhstan will show their confidence in me during the upcoming elections.
- Elections are not an ordinary event, but a genuine act of patriotism and democracy, where citizens have an opportunity to determine the fate of the Motherland. Our strength is in unity, cohesion and solidarity. We are different, but we are a single nation looking to the future. "Unity in Diversity" is what makes us strong and diverse."
President Tokayev:
- Sustainable progress is not possible without relying on traditions and values. As heirs of the unique civilization of the Great Steppe, we must use this historic opportunity to build a country of equal opportunities and social justice, in other words, a Fair Kazakhstan.
- I am assured that these elections will demonstrate the maturity, resilience and unity of our nation. They will also demonstrate our country’s resolve to achieve our goals. As the current Head of State, I declare that the elections will be open, honest and fair.
President Tokayev:
- Spiritual harmony is the core of national unity.
- The history of our people, our native language and the religion of our ancestors are unique values that unite the country. They should not be the cause of contention. People should not be allowed to follow the path of mistakes and delusion.
- People from different ethnic groups live in Kazakhstan. But we have one common vision for our future. We are all citizens of one country. The principle of "unity through diversity" will never lose its relevance. We must maintain interethnic harmony. The concept of "citizen of Kazakhstan" should become the core of the national identity. Thus, as a united people, we will confidently step into the future.”
President Tokayev:
- We will build a strong state that respects the principles of democracy, the rule of law and equality. We can do this, because we have distinct goal and clear guidelines. Our people distinguish themselves through their creativity and patriotism.
- A new, free-spirited generation is growing in our independent country. We carry out this fundamental changes for the sake of future generations. I urge everyone to contribute into joint efforts to develop our country forward! We have one Motherland, one state, and one people!”
President Tokayev:
- The fight against corruption will never stop, it will continue. This is my fundamental position.

- A new provision has been introduced into the Constitution that the land and its soil belong to the people.
- This is not just a beautiful slogan. The practical implementation of this amendment comes from the "National Foundation for Children". It is an unprecedented measure which aims to help distribute national wealth in a fair manner for the benefit of all citizens.
