Development of inter-parliamentary dialogue between Kazakhstan and the United States

Yerzhan Ashikbayev, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United States met with the Co-Chairman of the Kazakhstan-U.S. Caucus in the US Congress, Hon. Representative Steve Chabot on May 19, 2021,

During the meeting, the parties “compared notes” on issues of mutual interest and discussed plans for the development of mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation, including within the framework of U.S.- Kazakhstan Caucus.

They also touch upon idea to establishing inter-parliamentary cooperation and organizing mutual country visits of representatives of Kazakhstan and the United States this year.
