Ambassador Ashikbayev meets with the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce David De Falco

Today the Ambassador of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Ashikbayev met with the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Europe and Eurasia of the U.S. Department of Commerce David De Falco.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries, as well as new areas of potential partnership. At the same time, they discussed the preparations for the upcoming Kazakhstan - US Trade and Investment Forum, which will be held on June 14-15 this year in partnership with the US Chamber of Commerce, as well as for the interim Meeting of the High-level Group on Economic Cooperation between the US and Kazakhstan.
