The Embassy held a wedding ceremony

Today, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Washington hosted a wedding ceremony between citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan Madalimov Medet and Kassymgalieva Saltanat. Embassy staff was the legal witnesses to the marraige.

The newlyweds are students of the Universities in Washington: Medet is pursuing Master’s degree through “Bolashak” international scholarship program, Saltanat is doing bachelor’s degree. The couple met while studying in Washington.

During the celebration, Head of Consular Section of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the United States Almaz Sadyrov handed the newlyweds a marriage certificate.

We wish the newlyweds a long and happy marriage!

The ceremony was held in compliance with all sanitary standards.
