Ambassador meets Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania

Vilnius, March 13, 2025 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan Timur Urazayev discussed Kazakh-Lithuanian cooperation with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabija Grigaitė-Daugirdė

During the meeting, the Ambassador informed about the institutional and socio-economic reforms in the country, including constitutional changes and judicial reforms aimed at ensuring fair mechanisms for the protection of human rights and freedoms.

The parties exchanged views on the development of interaction between the two countries in a multilateral format, including issues of cooperation within the UN, the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (EPCA) between Kazakhstan and the EU, as well as international structures in the face of new challenges.
