Kazakhstan artists at the «ArtCircle» International Symposium (Goriska Brda/Slovenia)

Modern kazakh artists presented Kazakhstan at the “Art Circle” International Symposium of Fine Arts in the Slovenian region Goriska Brdaon October 13-18, 2019.

The “Art Circle” Symposium is an annual international project organized with the support of the Municipalty of Goriska Brda, the diplomatic corps, as well as the creative and business circles.The eighth time symposium was attended by artists from Kazakhstan, Czech Republic, Croatia,France,Germany,Hungary, Italy,Japan, Poland, Russia, Slovakia and Spain.           

With the support of the “Kulanshi” Center for Contemporary Art and the Art Embassy of Kazakhstan in Slovenia, artists from Kazakhstan presented the national kazakh style and the art of the nomads.       

The modern ethno-jazz ensemble “Steppe Sons” performed at the closing ceremony of the symposium, captivating Slovenians with the enchanting sounds of the Great Steppe.
