II international creative competition “Sacred Heartstrings…”
The Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy, Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation, International Turkic Academy, M. Utemisov Schoolchildren's palace with the support of the akimat of Nur-Sultan announce an II international creative competition “Көңілдің асыл пернесі...” / “Сокровенные струны души...” / “Sacred Heartstrings…” dedicated to the Day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the Competition is to support and strengthening the creative activity of young talents, increasing their interest in the music-theoretical disciplines through the study and popularization of the musical heritage of the Kazakh people and favorite songs of N. A. Nazarbayev President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Pupils, vocal collective groups (solos, duets, trios) of secondary schools can take part in the Competition (no more than two vocal groups from one educational organization).
Age categories:
– first – from 12 to 14 years old;
– second – from 15 to 17 years old.
The participant performed the song live.
The Competition consists of two stages:
The first stage (watching) selection of competitors for the main stage.
Participation Criteria: The repertoire, character, and image of the performers shall conform to the theme of the Competition (background, performing level (purity of intonation), sound quality, aesthetics of the image).
Participation Requirements:
To participate in the first stage of the online competition the performers should provide a video recording with their performance of the competition number for inclusion in one of the nominations. Video-recording format – МР4.
The applications for participation and competitive video materials are accepted from 6.10.21 till 8.10.21.
Application without video materials is not considered valid. The competitor performs one composition with a duration of not more than 4 minutes.
Applications and videos must be sent to e-mail: cmp_museum@mail.ru.
Applications received later than the specified deadline will not be admitted to the Competition.
The second stage (main stage) determination of the winners of the Competition.
The organizing committee reserves the right not to review a video that does not correspond to the regulation of the project (content, requirements for saving and sending the file, technical characteristics, and also videos that were sent outside the established deadlines).
The final results of the Competition will be announced on December 1, 2021.
The Competition is held in 4 nominations:
– “Babamnan kalgan ken dala” (The land remaining from ancestors) (singing аuthor's songs of N.A. Nazarbayev);
– “The favorite songs of Elbasy” (singing favorite songs of N.A. Nazarbayev);
– “Sacred dombra” (singing Elbassy's favorite songs or his author's works under the accompaniment of dombra);
– “Песня остается с человеком...” / “Asem anim syrnaydai...” (A song stays with a man…) (popularization of the musical heritage of the Kazakh people and favorite songs of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazakh).
According to the votes of the Jury are awarded:
– Grand Prix – Honorary Diploma;
– 1st prize – Honorary Diploma;
– 2nd prize – Honorary Diploma;
– 3rd prize – Honorary Diploma.
Also, the winners of the competition in each of the nominations are awarded valuable prizes.
