Scholarship program for studying in Kazakhstan universities

Dear applicants,

The Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan calls the
foreigners, including persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the
Republic of Kazakhstan for full-time studying under Bachelor, Master and PhD
educational programs.

Scholarships allocations:
1. Bachelor degree program – 490
2. Master degree program – 50
3. PhD – 10

The operator – The Bologna process and academic mobility center of MES RK.
Apply period - 1 March - 1 June 2020 on the website https://enickazakhstan.kz/en/.

Bachelor / Master degree / PhD:
1) Copy of the identity card (copy of passport).
2) copy of document on previous level of education (with transcript) (notarized
translation into Kazakh or Russian or English).
3) motivational essay in Kazakh, or Russian, or English.
4) letter of recommendation in Kazakh or Russian or English from the
educational organization in which the applicant studied, or from the
employer.
5) a medical certificate for studying abroad, as well as a medical certificate
about the absence of a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection) and
AIDS diseases issued by an official health authority of the candidate’s
country of residence.
6) invitation letter from Kazakhstan university (if available).

for PhD additional:
1) PhD research proposal in Kazakh or Russian or English languages;
2) international certificate, confirming the language skills (TOEFL, IELTS, DSH,
TFI, etc.).
