The Ambassador of Kazakhstan met with the Chairman of the NGO «Zherlester Alkasy of Bayan-Ulgii aimag in Ulaanbaatar»

On March 2, 2021, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Mongolia Zhalgas Adilbayev held a meeting with the Chairman of the Non-Governmental Organization «Zherlester Alkasy of Bayan-Ulgii aimag in Ulaanbaatar» Tileukhan Nazhkeyuly.

The NGO «Zherlester Alkasy of Bayan-Ulgii aimag in Ulaanbaatar» represents the interests of ethnic Kazakhs living in Mongolia, and also assists in the preservation and development of their native language, culture and national traditions.

During the meeting, a thorough exchange of views took place on the Kazakh diaspora, the relocation of ethnic Kazakhs to their historical homeland, the opening of a Kazakh class in Ulaanbaatar, the organization of joint events dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence and the celebration of the ancient eastern holiday Nauryz in Mongolia.
