Bangkok November 3 - The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Thailand initiated the issue of commemorative postage stamps in honor of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Thailand.
The postage stamp depicts the logo of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations, with a background of the national landmark - Bayterek.
Postage stamps are used in the daily correspondence of the Embassy, as well as souvenirs.
The Kingdom of Thailand issued the first national postage stamps in 1883, and in 1885 joined the Universal Postal Organization (UPU).
The first commemorative copies were handed over to the honored guests of the reception on the occasion of the Republic Day, including the heads of government structures of Thailand and heads of diplomatic missions accredited in the Kingdom.
