EAJC President Commends Kazakhstan's Commitment to Interreligious Dialogue

Tel Aviv, October 31, 2024 – In a recent meeting the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Israel Mr. Daulet Yemberdiev expressed gratitude to President of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) Mr. Mikhail Mirilashvili for his steadfast support in advancing the initiatives of the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions.

During their discussion, the two parties examined the significant political modernization efforts underway in Kazakhstan, initiated by President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev. Mr. Mirilashvili praised the social and political transformations occurring in Kazakhstan and conveyed a keen interest in furthering collaborative efforts between their organizations.

Additionally, Mr. Mirilashvili extended warm wishes to the people of Kazakhstan on the occasion of Republic Day, emphasizing hopes for peace, harmony, and continued prosperity for the nation.
