The first SCO International Transport Forum, Aviation Forum "Aviation & Logistics Forum 2023" and exhibition "TransLogistica Uzbekistan 2023" took place in Tashkent

Tashkent, November 1, 2023 – The First SCO International Transport Forum, the Aviation Forum "Aviation & Logistics Forum 2023" and the exhibition "TransLogistica Uzbekistan 2023" took place. The Kazakh delegation was headed by the Vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan T.Lastaev.

The forums and the exhibition have become a platform for signing important agreements aimed at the development and integration of transport infrastructure in the region, opening up new horizons for economic cooperation between the participating countries.

Within the framework of the events, a bilateral meeting was held between the Vice Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan T.Lastaev and the Deputy Minister of Transport of the People's Republic of China Li Yan. During the meeting, the parties discussed the development of transport infrastructure in the SCO, as well as the formation of new transport and logistics corridors and the increase in transport and transit potential between Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China.

The forum will last two days, and will end as expected with the signing of important documents in the field of logistics.
