Ambassador of Kazakhstan met with a representative of the Estonian media

Tallinn, June 21, 2022 – Ambassador Nurlan Seitimov met with Estonian journalist Vambola Paavo and spoke about current political reforms, socio-economic processes, as well as significant cultural events in Kazakhstan.

In this vein, the Kazakh diplomat outlined the main directions of political transformation in the framework of the creation of the "New Kazakhstan", shared his thoughts on the prospects for the development of Kazakh-Estonian economic relations in the face of a difficult geopolitical situation in Eurasia, informed of the results of the last referendum on the adoption of amendments to the Constitution of the country and highlighted upcoming significant events in the republic. In particular, it was announced that the VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions will be held on September 14-15, 2022 in Nur-Sultan, which will be attended by delegations of the world's largest religious organizations.

At the end of the conversation, Ambassador N.Seitimov expressed interest in continuing cooperation with the Estonian media community and readiness to maintain contacts with the media to cover events in Kazakhstan.
