The Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan JSC (a subsidiary of the National Managing Holding Baiterek JSC) has launched the “Exporter Showcase” platform (https://export.bgov.kz/). The new resource has been developed as a specialized tool to bring domestic products to global markets and is aimed at foreign buyers. The platform serves as an expanded catalog of “Made in Kazakhstan” products, with a primary focus on specific goods, their characteristics, and consumer properties.
According to representatives of the Export Credit Agency, the key feature of the “Exporter Showcase” is its export-oriented approach. The platform’s entire ассортимент is structured across five main sectors: light industry, food and chemical industries, agro-industrial complex products, metallurgy, as well as mechanical engineering and construction.
The search system enables potential buyers to find products through keyword queries. For example, when entering a specific request, the system displays all available offers within the relevant category from various Kazakhstani manufacturers. Each product listing contains a detailed description and basic technical specifications, while users can instantly navigate from a product page to the profile of the respective manufacturer.
“Only verified manufacturers who have undergone our agency’s due diligence are represented on this portal. The ‘Verified by ECA’ status serves as a guarantee of reliability, minimizing risks and strengthening trust in interactions between Kazakhstani exporters and foreign buyers,” said Madina Yerzhanova, Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of the Export Credit Agency of Kazakhstan.
The “Exporter Showcase” project is designed to become a digital bridge between Kazakhstani businesses and international markets, simplifying the process of finding suppliers and increasing the global visibility of domestic brands. The initiative is being implemented as part of the Baiterek holding’s strategy to support non-resource exports and digitalize foreign economic activity.
