Kazakhstan Acts for the First Time as an Evaluator Country for GRECO Recommendation Implementation

Strasbourg, June 4-6, 2025 – The 100^th Plenary Meeting of the Council of Europe’s Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) took place.

During this session, Kazakhstan acted for the first time as an evaluator country, assessing the implementation of GRECO’s recommendations by the Czech Republic. The evaluation was prepared by a representative of the Anti-Corruption Agency of Kazakhstan Ms. S.Ayaganova.

Kazakhstan’s appointment as an evaluator country reflects the growing international authority of our country in the anti-corruption sphere.

Within the framework of the meeting, key issues related to combating corruption were considered. The meeting adopted the important decisions that determine the future activities of the organization.
