On June 15, 2022, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Temirtay Izbastin met with the deputies of the People's Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria of the 47th Convocation, who are members of the Kazakh-Bulgarian interparliamentary friendship group.

During the meeting an exchange of views took place on the issue of intensifying interparliamentary relations.
