Talgat Sharipov visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Samarkand

On 27 January 2025, Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Samarkand Talgat Sharipov visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Samarkand.

Talgat Sharipov said that in Kazakhstan with deep sorrow perceived the news of numerous human casualties and victims of the fire in the ski centre Kartalkaya, located in the province of Bolu, Republic of Turkey. He expressed his sincere condolences to the families of the victims, and wished a speedy recovery to all those injured.

During the conversation with Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Samarkand Salih Janer, the parties noted that cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Turkey has the character of an extended strategic partnership, and also exchanged views on the development of countries with the Republic of Uzbekistan. They confirmed the interest of mutual co-operation of diplomatic missions in Samarkand.
