Citizens of Kazakhstan vote in presidential elections in Rome

20 November 2022, Rome. At 7 am local time, polling station 245 opened at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Rome, where Kazakh citizens in Italy took part in the election of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Around 300 voters took part in the elections.

Voters included Kazakh citizens working in Italy, students, tourists from our country, etc. Apart from Rome, they represented different Italian cities such as Venice, Bologna, Genoa, Perugia, Padua, Rieti, Cassino and others.

Due to the large number of Kazakh students studying in Milan, the Embassy organised a mobile ballot box to this city, allowing our citizens to vote in the presidential elections.

The Embassy of Kazakhstan took all necessary measures to ensure the openness and transparency of the voting process, uninterrupted operation of the polling station, as well as the safety of the citizens of Kazakhstan.
