The Ambassador of Kazakhstan presented his credentials to the President of Italy

Rome, 29 April 2021 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan, Yerbolat Sembayev presented his credentials to the President of Italy, Sergio Mattarella.

After the ceremony at Quirinale Palace, a bilateral meeting of the Ambassador with the President took place, during which the Ambassador conveyed warm greetings and best wishes to the President of Italy, Sergio Mattarella on behalf of the President of Kazakhstan, K. Tokayev. Also, the parties discussed the main issues of further deepening political, trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Italy.

Expressing gratitude for the warm words on behalf of the President of Kazakhstan, President S.Mattarella asked, in turn, to convey to President K. Tokayev the warmest and friendliest words of greetings, and addressed his best wishes for peace and prosperity to the people of Kazakhstan.

At the end of the meeting, the Kazakh diplomat expressed his readiness to make every effort to further strengthen bilateral cooperation. For his part, President S.Mattarella congratulated the Ambassador of Kazakhstan on the beginning of the diplomatic mission in Italy and wished him success in his future work.
