Ambassador of Kazakhstan presented a copy of his credential letters to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain

On May 10, 2020, H.E. Mr. Berik Aryn, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia presented a copy of his credential letters to H.E. Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Alzayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, accrediting him as Non-Resident Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

At the same time, this centuries-old, elaborate ceremony of the international protocol has not been spared from the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. For the first time in the history of Kazakh diplomacy, a copy of credential letters was presented "virtually" due to the closure of internal borders and the suspension of flights.

During the conversation that took place after the presentation ceremony, the Minister congratulated the Kazakh diplomat on the assumption of his new post and confirmed the willingness of the Kingdom of Bahrain in further developing and deepening comprehensive cooperation with Kazakhstan.

In his turn, Ambassador Berik Aryn assured that he would make every effort to strengthen friendly relationship between the two countries.

The parties also exchanged views on ways to enhance Kazakh-Bahraini cooperation and agreed to make joint efforts in this direction.
