Kazakhstan and Latvia deepen co-operation in science

Riga, 30 September 2024 - Kazakhstan's Ambassador to Latvia Dauren Karipov met with President of the Latvian Academy of Sciences Ivars Kalvins.

During the conversation, the parties discussed the practical implementation of the main provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Latvian Academy of Sciences on cooperation in the field of science, signed in September 2023.

In this regard, identified specific steps to expand cooperation between the two countries in the scientific field.
