Literary evening dedicated to the figures of Alash Orda

Riga, November 29, 2023 – a literary evening dedicated to the figures of the Alash Orda was held at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Latvia, with the participation of Kazakh students studying at higher educational institutions in Latvia.

The Embassy also invited the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Transport and Energy Faculty of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov and an intern at the Latvian Transport and Telecommunication Institute (TSI) within the framework of the presidential international scholarship “Bolashak” for scientists Zura Sansyzbaeva.

Embassy diplomats spoke in detail about the origin of the Alash Orda party and the activities of the figures of Alash Orda on the path of good and their creative heritage. Participants of the event were shown a documentary film about the contribution of the chairman of the Alash party, Alikhan Bokeikhanov, to the development of the future of the nation, the Kazakh language and literature.

For active participation in the event and exchange of views, the participants were presented with a letter of gratitude on behalf of the Ambassador. The guests expressed gratitude for the organized event dedicated to such great figures of our country as the leaders of the Alash Orda, whose names left an indelible mark on our history with their immortal exploits.
