Prospects for cooperation with Latvian media

On August 4, 2021, at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Riga, a meeting was held with Ritums Rozenbergs, a well-known Latvian journalist, columnist of the daily social and political newspaper “Neatkariga Rita Avize” (Independent Morning News).

During the conversation, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Latvia, T.Primbetov, noted the importance of establishing close cooperation between the Embassy and the Latvian media community, including online publications, in order to further expand and strengthen relations between the public of the two countries.

T. Primbetov informed the interlocutor about the achievements of the Republic of Kazakhstan over the years of Independence, political and socio-economic transformations carried out in our country on the initiative of the Head of State K. Tokayev.

At the end of the conversation, an agreement was reached to publish a series of articles about the Republic of Kazakhstan in "Neatkariga Rita Avize" on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Independence.
