The Republic Day was celebrated in Rabat

Rabat, October 24 - The national holiday of our country - Republic Day was celebrated in the city of Rabat under the organization of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Morocco.

Members of the Moroccan Parliament, state institutions, diplomatic corps, international organizations, media and business groups and representatives of the Kazakh diaspora took part in the ceremony.

The Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of the Kingdom of Morocco Abdellatif Miraoui, who was the guest of honor at the ceremony, congratulated all Kazakh people on the national holiday on behalf of the Government of Morocco. The Minister wished that the relations between Kazakhstan and Morocco would continue to develop for the benefit of the brotherly nations.

In her speech, Ambassador Saulekul Sailaukyzy noted the international events of historical significance initiated by our country, the economic and investment opportunities of Kazakhstan, as well as the directions of development of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Morocco.

The performances of the artists of the Zhambyl regional philharmonic named after Kenen Azirbayev, who came specially from the country for the official reception of the Embassy of Kazakhstan, were especially applauded. Also, on October 26, the artists of the Philharmonic will perform a care concert for the children of the Center for Adaptation and Employment of Disabled Youth under the patronage of the King of Morocco, Mohammed VI.
