YOUR EXCELLENCY MR. PRESIDENT,

 

On behalf of the Government and the people of the Republic of Kazakhstan,                    I have the honour to extend our sincere felicitations and best wishes to Your Excellency on the occasion of Your Birthday Anniversary. I cordially wish Your Excellency good health and every success in all your endeavours.

May Your Excellency’s earnest efforts to contribute towards Africa’s sustainable development, greater growth, peace, stability, economic emancipation, as well as women and youth empowerment, continue to prosper through the work of the Foundation in the years ahead.

Spirit of bilateral relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of South Africa has always been traditionally friendly and partner, as they were established at their very beginning on the basis of friendship and mutual esteem between our two founding First Presidents – H.E. Mr. Nelson Mandela of South Africa and H.E. Mr. Nursultan Nazarbayev of Kazakhstan, as well as between Your Excellency and the Leader of our Nation.

Yet, all the generations of my country and the international community are knowing well and closely following your enormous efforts, as well as will be always continuing to pay tribute to Your Excellency for your great multifaceted activities towards universal well-being, economic growth, security, stability, development and prosperity in the RSA, Africa and entire planet, as the far-sighted leader, much respectful politician, genius diplomat and one of the legendary heroes of our times who changed the course of the South African, continental and global history.

Hence, the relations between Kazakhstan and South Africa are continuing to be strong and supportive. Let me, therefore, reiterate my determination to work closely with Your Excellency through the work of the Foundation to further enhance our bilateral cooperation. I am confident that the cordial ties, so happily existing between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of South Africa, will continue to flourish for the mutual benefit of our two countries and peoples. So, I have no doubt that Kazakhstan and South Africa will enjoy good relations further as witnessed by frequent exchanges of mutual support covering various areas of endeavour over the past years.
