Regarding the visit of Kazakhstan delegation to Oman

On November 28-30, 2023, Kazakhstan’s delegation visited the Sultanate of Oman. The delegation included representatives of the Ministries of Energy, Justice, Foreign Affairs and JSC KazMunaiGas.

In the framework of visit, Mr. Alibek Zhamauov, Vice Minister of Energy met with H.E. Sultan bin Salem Al Habsi, Minister of Finance of Oman, and representatives of the Oman Investment Authority.

The parties considered the possibility of holding the first meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission, as well as prospects for developing cooperation in the field of investment and energy.
