Kazakhstan and Oman expand legal framework

On March 29, 2022, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Tax Authority of the Sultanate of Oman reviewed online the draft of the Intergovernmental Agreement on the avoidance of double taxation of income and property and the prevention of tax evasion.

The parties intend to agree on the text of the draft agreement through online negotiations scheduled for several days.
