Meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala

On April 22, 2024, Ambassador of Kazakhstan Timur Primbetov took part in a meeting of the ambassadors accredited in Mexico and concurrent to Guatemala with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala Carlos Ramiro Martinez Alvarado. The meeting took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala introduced the participants to the current political and economic situation in the country, investment and tourism potential, as well as the foreign policy priorities of the new government of Guatemala.

At the end of the meeting, Timur Primbetov had a short conversation with Carlos Ramiro Martinez Alvarado and exchanged views on the further development of Kazakh-Guatemalan relations in bilateral and multilateral formats.
