The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan has reinstalled its unilateral visa-free regime for foreign citizens, including citizens of Spain.

According to The procedure for crossing the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan from May 11, 2020 for the period of quarantine restrictions citizens of countries with a visa-free regime (according to Appendix No. 1 to this Procedure, including Kingdom of Spain, link here), as well as with whom, by decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, direct (regular, irregular charter flights) air communication has been resumed - subject to compliance with visa requirements, unless otherwise provided by international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to entry/transit travel to/through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan through international airports.
