A meeting was held at the General Inspectorate of Carabinieri of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova

On December 28, 2023, Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Moldova Mr. Almat Aidarbekov met with the Acting Commander-in-Chief of the General Inspectorate of the Carabinieri of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova Colonel Dumitru Scurtu.

During the meeting, Ambassador informed about the positive dynamics across the entire spectrum of bilateral interaction and cooperation. Introduced with the main provisions on the ongoing constitutional, political and economic reforms in Kazakhstan.

Colonel Scurtu informed about the activities and structure of the General Inspectorate of Carabinieri, noted its readiness and support in ensuring the safety of staying in the country. He also expressed interest in considering the exchange of experience between the relevant structures of the two countries.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain working contacts on all issues of mutually beneficial cooperation.
