About the first ever concert «Bridges of Times» of the renowned Kazakh ethno-folklore group «Turan» in Chisinau

Am plácerea de a vã invita la primul concert "Poduri de Timpuri" al renumitului grup etnofoleloric kazah "Turan" in Moldova, dedicat Zilei Republic Kazahstan și celei de-a 31-a aniversari a relatilor diplomatice kazah-moldovenesti, care va avea loc Joi, 26 octombrie, între orele 19:00-20:00, la Palatul Republicii, strada Maria Cebotari, 16.
"Turan" a fost fondatà în 2008 în centrul cultural al Kazahstanului - Almaty. Grupa foloseste peste 30 de instrumente muzicale traditionale kazahe. Timp de 15 ani de activitate, "Turan" a reprezentat cu succes cultura Kazaha pe scene celebre din lume, precum Carnegie Hall (New York), Kennedy Center (Washington), Concert House (Berlin), Courtauld Hall (Paris).
Maestrei muzici nomade au sustinut peste 1.500 de concerte solo în 70 de tari din întreaga lume și au adus la viatã spiritul stepei kazahe cu spectacolele lor de faiantã.
Repertoriul ansamblului include prelucrari proprii de cântece de autor traditionale și profesionale kazahe. Concertul unic este menit sã punã in valoare patrimoniul muzical și diversitatea cântecelor din Asia Centralã.
Evenimentul promite sa fie o sear incitant de muzica populara kazahā și vom fi bucurosi sã và lasâm sã experimentati o parte din cultura noastrã. Concertul este deschis publicului (intrarea este libera, "primul venit, primul servit"). Venit cu familia si prietenii dumneavoastrã.

I have the pleasure to invite you to the first ever concert «Bridges of Times» of the renowned Kazakh ethno-folklore group «Turan» in Moldova, dedicated to the Republic Day of Kazakhstan and 31st Anniversary of the Kazakh-Moldovan diplomatic relations, which will take place on Thursday, October 26, between 7-8 pm at the Republic Palace, Maria Cebotari street, 16.
«Turan» was founded in 2008 in Kazakhstan’s cultural center – Almaty.
The band uses more than 30 traditional Kazakh musical instruments. For 15 years of its activity, «Turan» has successfully represented Turkic culture on famous stages of the world, such as Carnegie Hall (New York), Kennedy Center (Washington), Concert House (Berlin), Courtauld Hall (Paris). Masters of Nomadic music have given more than 1,500 solo concerts in 70 countries around the world and brought alive the spirit of the Kazakh steppe with their faerie performances.
The repertoire of the ensemble includes its own processing of traditional and professional Kazakh author's songs. The unique concert is intended to showcase musical heritage and diversity of songs in Central Asia.
The event promises to be exiting evening of the Kazakh folk music and we will be happy to let you experience part of our culture.
The concert is open to the public (admission is free, «first come first served»).
