Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan met with the Bashkan of the Gagauzia Autonomous Territorial Formation of the Republic of Moldova and Chairman of the People's Assembly
January 26th 2023, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Moldova Almat Aidarbekov visited ATU Gagauzia, where he met with the Leader of the region Ms Irina Vlah, also heads of the People's Assembly, the Agency for attracting investments and promoting exports, as well as a number of manufacturing enterprises.
During the conversation, parties discussed a wide range of bilateral issues. Cooperation and exchange of views took place on the current situation in the country and in the region.
Kazakh diplomat has informed about Parliamentary elections on March 19, 2023, held in the Republic of Kazakhstan for political, democratic and constitutional reforms, spoke about economic priorities and prospects for interaction.
The leadership of Gagauzia has commended the efforts of the Government of Kazakhstan on political modernization and social economic transformations in the country and expressed readiness for development of mutually beneficial relations in trade, economic as well as cultural and humanitarian spheres.
