On Appointment of Mukhtar Tileuberdi as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

By the Presidential Decree, 

to appoint Mukhtar Tileuberdi as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dismissing him from his previous position.
