A meeting of the heads of diplomatic missions of the CCTS countries and the MFA of Ukraine with the Secretary General of TURKSOY took place in Kyiv

On December 25 this year at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine, a meeting of Ambassadors of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking states washeld with the participation of the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Emine Dzhaparova and Secretary General of TURKSOY Dusen Kasseinov.

During the meeting, D.Kasseinov informed about the events planned by the Organization with in the frame work of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of independence of a number of Turkic-speaking states. At the same time, he noted the efforts of Ukraine to intensify in teraction through the institutions of the Turkic-speaking countries.

In this context, the Secretary General of TURKSOY stressed, it is important to celebrate in 2021 the 150th anniversary of the out standing scientist, orientalist and turkologist Agatangel Krymsky, who made a significant contribution to the development of the culture, traditions and languages​​ of the Turkic peoples.
