January 14, Kabul - the Charge d'affaires of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Afghanistan, G. Akbasov, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkmenistan to Afghanistan, H. Ovezov.

The sides exchanged views on topical issues of the regional and international situation, paying special attention to cooperation between the two countries in the implementation of infrastructure projects in Afghanistan.

During the meeting, the sides noted the commitment of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan to further develop bilateral relations in the trade and economic field.

G. Akbasov noted that Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan are good friends and partners who maintain good dynamics in the development of bilateral relations, as well as a high level of political mutual trust.
