The Head of State sent a telegram of congratulations to the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam

The President of Kazakhstan congratulated To Lam on the Tet holiday, the Vietnamese New Year.

In his telegram, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that Kazakhstan considers Vietnam as an important partner in Southeast Asia and attaches great importance to bringing bilateral cooperation to a qualitatively new level.

The Head of State wished the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam success in his responsible work, and peace and prosperity to the Vietnamese people.
