The Ambassador Askar Zhumagaliyev met with the Secretary General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration Marine Cepelak

The Hague, 1 February - The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Askar Zhumagaliyev, met with the Secretary General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, Marine Cepelak.

During the meeting the Ambassador informed the Secretary-General on the measures taken by Kazakhstan to protect investors, political and democratic reforms in Kazakhstan aimed at further economic development of the country and the well-being of its citizens.

For its part, Marcin Czepelak noted that Kazakhstan is a key and leading country in Central Asia and expressed intention to further strengthen relations with Kazakhstan. In addition, the representative of the international organisation stressed the timeliness of political modernisation in Kazakhstan and the relevance of the course of implemented reforms of the President K.Tokayev.
