Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan pays visit to Vienna

Vienna,  January 21, 2022 – as part of a working visit to Vienna, the Kazakh Foreign Minister Mukhtar Tileuberdi held a bilateral meeting with Alexander Schallenberg, the Austrian Federal Minister for European and International Affairs Alexander Schallenberg.

They discussed further steps to strengthen mutual cooperation. Particular attention was paid to the upcoming events this year, taking into account the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Austria.

The parties agreed to expand the bilateral legal framework. Following the talks, the Ministers held a joint press conference for the Austrian and foreign media. Mr. Tileuberdi also held a separate briefing for Austrian and European journalists.
