on the submission of documents for the production of a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan
To submit documents for the exchange of a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the applicant must appear in person (by appointment) and submit the following documents to the consular office of the Embassy in 2 copies:
Application for a passport of the established form;
birth certificate (when a child under 16 receives a passport) and an identity document of one of the parents to confirm the child's citizenship.
A notarized statement of consent from the parent of a foreigner for the child to receive documents proving the identity of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a translation into Kazakh or Russian (in the case of a child born outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and different citizenship of the parents, one of which at the time of the birth of the child was a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and both parents at that time had a permanent place of residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan);
passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan (when exchanging a passport), as well as copies of passport pages with personal data (mark of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on departure for permanent residence in the Netherlands (or departure sheet), consular registration, residence permit in the Netherlands);
- students from the Republic of Kazakhstan studying at the universities of the Netherlands must submit the original and a copy of the certificate confirming the fact and terms of study at the Dutch university;
- citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan temporarily working on the territory of the KN must submit the original and a copy of the employment contract indicating the terms of its validity.
These documents must be submitted with a certified translation into Kazakh or Russian;
color photograph (3.5 x 4.5) - 4 pcs.
The photo must correspond to the age of the applicant at the time of registration of the document and must be made strictly in front on a white background with a neutral facial expression and a closed mouth, and the face should occupy about 75% of the total area of the photo.
The original and a copy of the certificate from the local authorities stating that you are recognized as a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the application for obtaining local citizenship was not submitted with a certified translation into Kazakh or Russian. The specified certificate must be presented to the consular office of the Embassy within 30 calendar days after issuance;
original and copies of the marriage/divorce certificate. If the marriage/divorce was concluded in Netherlands, then it is obligatory to have an “Apostille” stamp and a certified translation into Kazakh or Russian.
Residence permit in the Netherlands (original and copy).
If the passport is exchanged for the applicant's new surname in connection with marriage in the Netherlands, then the original and copies of the document on the change of surname with a certified translation into Kazakh or Russian must be attached to the marriage certificate;
the original receipt of payment, as well as the original and a copy of the confirmation of the payment made on the transfer of EUR 75.00 to the settlement account of the consular institution (in accordance with the consular district).

IMPORTANT: the passport can be replaced by persons who left for the Netherlands on a temporary trip (private, tourist) and remained for permanent residence in the Netherlands, only after submitting an application for leaving the permanent residence through the consular office of the Embassy to the competent authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and receiving a positive response .
If your application is rejected for any reason, then in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 629 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 No. 120-VI ZRK, the amounts of consular fees paid are not refundable.
