1. Until the sanitary-epidemiological situation improves, to temporarily restrict the crossing of the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreigners (stateless persons), except for:
1) personnel of the diplomatic service of the country and foreign states and their family members;
2) members of official delegations, as well as members of delegations of international organizations traveling into Kazakhstan at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, employees of international organizations, of which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a member, located in the territory of foreign states - upon confirmation of the status of an employee, and their family members; 4) members of train and locomotive brigades, crew members of aircraft and maritime vessels and persons involved in railway transportation, reception, delivery of goods and cargo escorting, and also trains transporting goods in international traffic;
5) foreigners who are employees of the Kazakhstan airlines, upon confirmation of the status of an employee;
6) family members of foreigners who are employees of the Kazakhstan airlines (subject to confirmation of family ties (legal kinship) - spouse and their children), but no more than once in 30 days;
