The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia supported the reforms in Kazakhstan

Yerevan, March 2, 2023 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan Bolat Imanbayev met with the Minister of Internal Affairs of Armenia Vahe Ghazaryan, during the meeting the issues of developing bilateral cooperation in the law enforcement sphere were discussed.

The Armenian side was informed about the ongoing development of the Kazakh-Armenian bilateral and multilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian fields, as well as the program of large-scale reforms initiated by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Particular attention was paid to the preparation and holding of the upcoming parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan. Vahe Ghazaryan, highly appreciating the policy of the leadership of Kazakhstan, stressed the relevance and importance of the ongoing reforms in the face of modern global challenges and wished successful parliamentary elections.

The parties noted the constructive interaction between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan and Armenia, and also confirmed their intention to further strengthen cooperation both in a bilateral format and within the framework of international organizations and structures.
