Ambassador of Kazakhstan Bolat Imanbayev met with Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia Gnel Sanosyan

Yerevan, October 26, 2021 - Ambassador Bolat Imanbayev met with Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia  Gnel Sanosyan, during which issues of Kazakh-Armenian interregional, infrastructural, transport and trade cooperation were discussed. The Minister expressed Armenia's interest in intensifying cooperation with Kazakhstan in these areas in bilateral and multilateral formats, noting the great potential and prospects for growth.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the implementation of the Protocol of the 8th meeting of the Intergovernmental Kazakh-Armenian Commission on Economic Cooperation dated May 26, 2021, stressing that a new impulse has been given to Kazakh-Armenian bilateral cooperation. The Ambassador informed the interlocutor about the main terms of the Address of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan `Unity of the people and systemic reforms are a solid foundation for the nation's prosperity`, focusing on infrastructure and regional reforms, as well as on current programs of socio-economic modernization of Kazakhstan and Kazakhstan's international initiatives.
