Kazakhstan Ambassador Bolat Imanbayev met with Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia

Yerevan, September 27, 2021 - Ambassador Bolat Imanbayev met with Minister of High-Tech Industry Vahagn Khachaturyan, during which issues of Kazakh-Armenian cooperation in the field of high technologies, industry, science and education were discussed.

The Minister expressed Armenia's interest in intensifying cooperation with Kazakhstan in these areas in bilateral and multilateral formats, noting the great potential and growth prospects.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the implementation of the Protocol of the 8th meeting of the Intergovernmental Kazakh-Armenian Commission for Economic Cooperation dated May 26, 2021 and the implementation of the agreements of negotiations between the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia dated August 13, 2021.

The Ambassador informed the interlocutor about the main terms of the Address of the President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan `Unity of the people and systemic reforms are a solid foundation for the nation's prosperity`, as well as about current programs of socio-economic and political modernization of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Kazakhstan's international initiatives.
