Qatar Development Fund finances construction in Kazakhstan perinatal clinics

On June 10, during the official visit of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdurahman Al-Thani to Kazakhstan between the Akimat Almaty region and the Qatar Development Fund signed an agreement Memorandum on the construction of a perinatal center in  Otegen Batyr Ili district of Almaty region.
Thus, thanks to the help of Qatar , another modern hospital will appear in the Almaty region, equipped with a unique medical equipment. This will help to continue efforts to improve the quality of medical care for the population and increase accessibility, including for women and children, and will also contribute to further reduce maternal and infant morbidity and mortality.
