The book of great Abai was transferred to the National Library of Qatar

October 15 this year Ambassador of Kazakhstan A. Isagaliyev met with
the Minister of State - the Head of the National Library Hamad bin Abdelaziz
Al-Kawari.
During the conversation, the parties discussed ways to expand cultural
and humanitarian cooperation, agreeing to establish close interaction between
the national libraries of the two countries.
The diplomat suggested opening a Kazakh corner in the main Qatari book
depository. The library will be given books in Arabic and English about our
country, its politics, economy, history, culture and nature.
A. Isagaliev handed over to Dr. Al-Kawari a copy of the recently
published book of the great Kazakh poet and thinker Abay Kunanbayuly in
Arabic, dedicated to the celebration of his 175th anniversary.
