Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Busan was involved in visiting Busan University of Foreign Languages (BUYU)

Busan, September 27, 2024 - Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Busan Aslan Askar was involved in visiting Busan University of Foreign Languages (BUYU) as he was a partner of four universities in Kazakhstan.

The rector of the university, Mr. Chang Sung-hyun, warmly received the Consul General and noted that BUFS and universities of Kazakhstan have for many years established active cooperation in the field of academic mobility of students and undergraduates and are successfully implementing various joint programs.

It should be noted that Busan University colleagues went on business to KazMUML University in Almaty in March of this year.The main purpose of the meeting was to reach an agreement on the opening of a global cooperation center at Busan University of Foreign Studies (BUFS), as well as the development of double degree programs, joint educational programs and tandem cooperation between students from the two countries.
