Chairman of the ”Busan Global City Foundation,“ John Yun-hu, arrived to greet Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Busan

Busan, September 02, 2024 - Chairman of the ”Busan Global City Foundation,“ John Yun-hu, arrived to greet Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Busan Aslan Askar.

In this section of the meeting, the Consul General conveyed his appreciation to the BGCF Foundation for its unique partnership ratio and support. In addition to providing an update on the Busan Mayor’s Office‘s special visit to Kazakhstan this year, Mr. John Yoon Yoo expressed his desire to collaborate with Kazakhstan in the future on matters of education and culture.

Particularly, the Busan Global City Foundation has consistently offered employment opportunities and support to students attending universities in Busan. At the conclusion of the meeting, Consul General underscored the close relationship between Kazakhstan and Busan. They engaged in discussions regarding the prevalence of Korean universities among the Kazakh youth and the potential for establishing a branch of a Korean university in Kazakhstan.
